In this video, you’ll learn how to use different calendar views.
These views allow you to see a single day, a week, a month, or even a full year on your calendar.
To choose the amount of time you’d like to display, use the menu on the upper right side of your calendar.
Click on “Day” to see a single day on your calendar.
Click on “Week” to see one week.
Click on “Month” to see one month.
Click on “Year” to see a year.
“Schedule” shows a list of the events you’ve created, instead of a full calendar view.
“Four days” will show you the next four days.
Choose a calendar view based on your needs.
If you need to get a sense of your schedule for the whole month, select “Month.” Choose “Day” if you want to see the details of a particular day.
You can also click the checkmark next to “Show weekends” to make weekends disappear from your calendar.
This can be helpful for a work calendar, if you work Monday through Friday.
To the left of the calendar, you’ll see a mini calendar, which stays in "Month View." You can use the mini calendar to quickly find a date in the future or past, without switching the view on your main calendar.
Calendar also has a search feature, which can help you find calendar events you have already scheduled.
To use search, click on the magnifying glass at the top of the page.
Then type in the event you’re looking for, and press Enter.
Now it’s your turn: Click on different calendar views, And use the mini calendar to find a date in the future.
Then, click "Next" to watch the next video.
