In this lesson, you will set up a drawing for your comic strip.

To begin, open a new tab in your browser.

Navigate to Google Drive, and open a new drawing in Google Drawings.

Change your drawing to a larger size.

Add color to the background.

This will show in the empty spaces of your comic strip.

Insert and draw a large text box for your title.

Add the title you wrote in your comic strip plan.

As you draw your comic strip, look at your comic strip plan in one browser tab or window to see what to add...

and build your comic strip in another tab or window.

Then, click back and forth between them.

Align the text to show all the words in the title.

Resize the text.

And center it.

Then, insert a table with four frames under the title.

You can add more if you like.

Each frame in the table represents a frame you planned out in your comic strip document.

Increase the size of the table until it fills your entire drawing.

Change the weight and color of your table borders to make each frame stand out clearly.

Now, it’s your turn: Open a new drawing in Google Drawings and rename it, Resize the drawing, Add a title, Add a background color, And insert, resize, and format a table.
