In this video, you will add a theme to your presentation, choose a layout, and create a template slide for people to fill out.

A theme is a preset group of colors, backgrounds, fonts, and layouts in a presentation.

A theme can show what is special or unique about your family.

Use the theme that is most meaningful to the people who will be participating, like using the color of a sports team your family loves.

Add a slide...

And choose a layout for your template slide.

The template slide is where you will list the information you want people to fill out.

Participants can just duplicate the template and fill out the information.

To begin your template slide, think about what you would like people to share about themselves.

Add prompts for people to fill out so they know what you want them to share.

You might include spaces for their name, Current news about themselves, And a fun fact others might not know.

As you create the template, think about all the things you would talk about if you had the reunion in person, as well as the news you most want to know about other people.

This also might include: Something different about me since the last reunion, Something I learned about myself, My favorite song or movie, Or my hobbies and interests.

Make the prompts unique to your family.

Then, add text after each prompt directing people where they should type.

Bold the prompts so they stand out.

Finally, include a space where people can add their own photos, videos, extra text, shapes, links, or whatever else they would like.

Now, it’s time for you to try: Add a theme to your presentation, Choose a layout, And create a template slide for people to fill out.
