Invite Guests
Transcript
In this video, you’ll invite guests to your event.
To invite guests to your celebration, click on the words “Add Guests” and type in the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
If you don’t have a real event to invite people to, type in your own email address.
This way, you’ll experience sending and receiving an invitation to an event in Google Calendar.
After you type in each email address, press Enter or Return on your keyboard.
When you’ve added all your guests, you’re finished with your event.
Click Save and Send.
This will save all the details to your calendar, and send invitation emails to your guests.
An email invitation will go out letting each person know about your event.
If they have a Google account, the event will automatically appear on their Google Calendar.
Everyone you invite can let you know if they will attend your event by clicking the Yes, No, or Maybe links in the email...
...or by clicking Yes, No, or Maybe on the calendar event.
Now it’s your turn: Click “Add Guests” and type the email addresses of the people you’re inviting, Press Enter between email addresses, And click Save and Send.
