A logo is a design or symbol that a group uses to identify themselves.
A group can add a logo to materials used to market or advertise their project, such as posters, flyers, or other promotional items.
A logo can help make your group more recognizable, which can lead to more supporters and volunteers for your project.
To begin, create a new drawing and rename it.
To start your logo, choose a shape for the outline.
The shape should have enough space inside it to add text.
You should also choose a shape that looks both professional and appealing.
Next, adjust the size of your shape.
Make it larger so you can add text to it more easily.
Change the fill color.
You might choose a color that fits with the colors of your flyer.
Next, change the background color.
The background will be a part of your logo, so you should choose a color that fits with the color of your logo.
Then, add text to your logo.
Your text should be simple and state the name of your group.
If your group does not have an official name, think of a name that includes the purpose of your project.
Make the text larger, align the text so that it fits within your shape, and change the font and color to make your logo unique.
Look at your logo and make any final adjustments to complete it.

Add external links to your promotional flyer to provide further project details.
Transcript
In this video, you will add a call to action to your promotional flyer to inspire others to join your project.
A promotional flyer is a great way to get your project noticed.
Still, you might want or need others to join your group to get your project completed.
A call to action is a way to invite your audience to take action in support of your project.
When you use a call to action, you tell your audience directly what you want them to do.
School or community projects are big undertakings, so calling others to take action can make the process easier.
You can direct people to do many things to help, such as: Call or email others for support, Donate something, Volunteer, Or, if they are already taking part in the project, bring a friend.
To begin, sign in to your Google account and open your flyer.
Then, read through your flyer to find a place for a call to action.
You can add new text or replace text you have already added if your call to action has a similar purpose to the text you’re replacing.
When you are urging others to take part in your project, use action words.
Action words, such as “help,” “act,” “change,” and “join,” can persuade your audience to do something.
You can make your call more noticeable by highlighting it, And by emphasizing certain words and phrases, such as your action words.
If your group has created a website for your project, you can include your website link as part of your call to action.
Promoting others to visit your website can give them online access to your project details.
This can help spread the word and lead to more volunteers.
Format the link to match the formatting of the other text in this section of your flyer.
Now, it’s your turn: Add a call to action to your flyer, And add a project link.
