Transcript
Digital scrapbooks are a great way to collect memories, and they also allow you to share them.
In this extension, you will share your scrapbook with your classmates.
You will: Give one of your classmates comment access to your scrapbook, And tag them in a comment.
Commenting allows you to communicate with anyone who has access to your scrapbook.
With comments, you can start conversations, express enthusiasm, give information, make suggestions and requests, even assign tasks to people.
To start, choose a partner to share your scrapbook with.
To share your presentation with others, you first have to give them access to it.
There are three types of access: “Edit” access means they can make changes to your scrapbook.
“Comment” access means they can see your scrapbook, make comments, and respond to your comments.
“View” access means they can only see the scrapbook, and cannot comment or make edits.
Now decide what part of your scrapbook you would like to discuss with your partner through comments.
It can be anything: an image, text, even a video.
Now add your comment.
In the comment, tag one of your classmates by typing the “at” symbol and their email address.
Your classmate will receive an email showing them the comment.
If you get a notification that a classmate tagged you in a comment, open their scrapbook and respond to their comment! Now, it’s your turn: Choose a partner and give them comment access, Tag your partner in a comment, And respond to any comments you are tagged in.
