In this activity, you created a resume that communicates relevant information about you.

You: brainstormed what to include in your resume, selected a "resume" template from Google Docs, transferred the ideas from your brainstorming document to your resume template, formatted and edited your resume by making changes to the text and layout, and emailed it to your teacher.

Now you have the tools to create a professional resume for any kind of job, educational program, or experience.

You can choose the appropriate template, format, and wording to make your accomplishments stand out and give yourself a better chance of being selected for an interview.

No matter why you’re creating a resume, it should be updated to address the specific requirements of each situation.

You can also apply the digital skills you learned in this lesson to any document template you might need, like for a book report or for a letter to a grandparent.

Keep updating your resume with new experiences so it’ll be ready for your future applications!
