In this video, you will write the remaining verses for your song and add a title.

Then, you will read your song out loud to yourself or to someone else and make any adjustments to it as needed.

To begin, write another verse for your song.

Each verse you add should be structured similarly to your first verse.

Since the chorus has the same words each time, use the verses of your song to move your story forward.

As you write more verses and add more to your story, you can begin to reveal your song's deeper meaning.

When you’ve finished writing your second verse, press Enter and type “Chorus.” Then format the word with italics.

This tells someone reading your lyrics to repeat the chorus here.

Next, write the last verse of your song.

Since a song is like a story, it’s nice to sum up the story and give it a satisfying ending in the last verse.

Following the final verse, your chorus will repeat one more time.

Copy and paste the word “Chorus” after your last verse.

Guess what - you’ve written your entire song! Great work! Now decide on a title for it.

Your title can come from words in your chorus, one of your verses, or you can use any words that you think describe your main message.

Type the title above your lyrics... Center and bold it...

And increase the font size.

Now that you’ve finished your song, it’s a good idea to read it aloud to yourself or to someone else.

Listening to it can help you adjust the words of the song to get its rhythm the way you want it.

Now, it’s your turn: Write two more verses for your song, Insert the word “Chorus” in between verses and italicize it, Add a title and format it.

Read your song out loud to yourself or to someone else, And make any adjustments to it as needed.
