In this lesson, you learned that you can use your spreadsheet skills for fun when you created your own sea battle game in Google Sheets.

To complete this project, you: Designated your ocean territory by formatting cells, Selected cells to represent your ships and added conditional formatting to make them change color when hit, Disguised your ships and shared your spreadsheet with your partner, Took turns aiming at your partner’s ships and marking their guesses on your spreadsheet, And continued playing until one person sunk all of the other’s ships and won the game.

You can use the skills you gained in this lesson to create other games in Google Sheets, such as Bingo, word searches, crossword puzzles, or your own creative ideas.

You can also use these skills to organize projects and activities at school or work.

Whether you use them for study, work, or play, spreadsheets are a great tool to add to your digital toolkit.
