In this video, you will plan your message and add slides to your presentation.

First, to organize your thoughts, create a list of reasons why you want to thank the person you've chosen.

Think about the reasons why you are showing appreciation for this person.

How have they shown you kindness?

What is something thoughtful they have done that benefits you or your community?

When you’re planning your message, name things you are thankful for, be specific, and keep it simple and short.

Each slide in your presentation will contain one short phrase or sentence.

As the recipient of your card views your presentation, a little more of the message will be revealed each time the slides advance.

Use a numbered list to show how your message will appear as your slideshow progresses.

Once you have decided on a message, add a new slide after your title slide.

Choose the layout you like the best.

Then, duplicate the slide at least four times to make space for your message.

If you aren't sure how many slides you need to complete your digital card, don't worry.

You can add, delete, and even move slides as you work.

Copy and paste the first part of your message from your notes onto the first slide of your presentation.

Now, it's your turn: plan your message, add at least five slides to your presentation, and add the first part of your message.
