Import Your Slide Into a Class Presentation
Transcript
Up to this point, only you could see your slide.
Creating a shared presentation allows everyone in their class to add their slides so they can get to know each other better.
In this video, you will import your slide into a shared presentation.
To begin, have one person in your class create a new presentation and rename it.
Your teacher may want to do this step and even participate in making a slide themselves.
Then, share it with those who will be participating...
...And select the permission you want to use.
Editor means the person you share with can make changes directly in the presentation.
Commenter allows them to make comments, but not change the presentation.
And viewer lets them see the presentation only.
For a shared presentation, choose Editor.
Then, send the presentation.
Now, everyone can import their slides into the shared presentation.
Importing makes a copy of the original slide.
Begin importing your own slide.
After your classmates add their own slides...
...Your teacher may advise you as you all present your slides to the class.
Remember to use the speaker notes to help guide your presentation.
Use Presenter View so you can see the notes you added while the audience is viewing your slide.
Then, you can talk about each animation as it appears to introduce yourself.
Now, it’s your turn: Have one person in your class create a new presentation and rename it, share it with everyone in your class using Editor permission, import your slide into the shared presentation, and use Presenter View to see the speaker notes.
